Their mascot is named "Sherman," by the way

Had to throw this one up here. It's not every day you get to see the Delmarva Shorebirds face off against the Hickory Crawdads, let alone find a Shorebirds helmet that will fit you.
It came with an order of nacho cheese fries in it... but hey, free helmet!

Sunshine!

So things are pretty sweet bayside - as you can see. Turns out pink, plastic turtles are just as tasty as you'd imagine, just from looking at 'em! Me and the parentals spend as much time as our pasty faces can handle at the beach, participating in all the most major activities: sitting, laying, staring, napping, and sometimes going for a long walk or a swim.

Oh, and we had guests! This dude's name is Miles and he's got mad sand-piling skills - but you can see that for yourself. Pretty sweet moat, huh? Heh... "moat." Funny word.

Oh, and he brought his parents, too! I don't know what that sign he's flashing is all about, but hey - it's everybody's beach! He should probably have a talk with his Dad about that hat, though... maybe.

Now, you wanna see a hat? Check dude man out. That's a sweet hat. Stylin' beachcomber look, if you ask me, Miles. Who can beat a swimsuit with Mexican wrestling masks on it??

I'm not sure what my Pap-Pap and I were looking at in this photo...
But it could totally have been that sweet beach ball! Honestly, I was way more excited about it than you can tell from the photo. As a baby, you don't wanna get too over-excited about every colorful thing that catches your eye or you'll get the whiplash!

Me, the Olde Salt!

Well, maybe not yet, but I am getting better at some of the basics.

Turns out that Dad, the guy who I thought exploded into flames in direct sunlight, is all about the beach! He's helping me out the with the aquatic learning curve while the Moms is keeping me covered in SPF 600+
